Cornmeal porridge containing raw Plantain Avocado and Apples Spirulina and Alfalfa
Bring cornmeal and Almond milk to a boil then let simmer for about 15 minutes adding more milk if mixture becomes to stiff
blend all raw ingredent together
Add cornmeal to the blended raw ingredient when cornmeal has cooled, blend for another few seconds
then grab a spoon and get stuck in …enjoy

This weekend i attended a naturopathy seminars. several ND’s in the world of natural medicine spoke on various different aspect of natural health from diagnosing to herbal medicine..However for me the most inspirational spokesperson was a woman called Dounne Alexander MBE ..This woman is one of the most amazing goddesses to walk this planet in this day and time, she is a advocate of natural health and campaigner for freedom of choice,human rights abolishing EU laws that threaten our health choices, natural foods, cultural heritage, animal welfare and our environment… She is firmly rooted in her culture and her divine purpose on this planet as a black woman ….She is a freedom fighter, has a natural herbal cure for cancer and acute disease alike that has been proven to cure …Dounne has presented her remedies to every official health organisation around the world and media only to be told she will be criminalized if she continues to make such claims ..
She has written to prime minister with her findings and The Queen she has been threaten by massive phamactuaical companies to stop making claims that her herbal mixture can cure cancer … this is just a fraction of what this woman is doing, she has petitions online “wake up UK” ( off line one also) and is ready to go to supreme court to fight for the right to sell her product and continue to help people naturally … meeting this woman really made me realise the power we have as indivuials and what we can acheive if we just get it together.. please check out her websites and show your support by signing her petition ..give thanks to the goddesses worriars who are willing to sacrifce all for the future of our children
